As per the status report filed, Mrs. Dimple Tyagi (petitioner's wife) came to the hospital for the treatment of her burnt leg and it was disclosed that she is suffering from Thyroid and needs to be operated but to perform the same burnt injuries need to be cured first.

As per enquiry conducted at PSRI Hospital, Mrs. Mala Devi (petitioner's mother) having signs of Cancer and the medical test reports are awaited and the prescription slip has also been verified.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty to file fresh, once the medical tests report of the mother of the petitioner gets verified that she is suffering from Cancer and date of surgery of wife is fixed.
