% 09.04.2018 Respondent no. 2 Sangeeta Sahdev is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jaiveer of police station Kotla Mubarak Pur. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 17th October, 2017 (Annexure E). Respondent no. 2 says that terms of the settlement have also been complied with. Respondent no. 2 says that she has no objection in case complaint case is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal complaint pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, Complaint Case no. 82/1/15 registered at P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur under Sections 354/323/506/34 IPC titled Sangeeta Sahdev vs. Ramesh Kumar and Ors. pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, New Delhi is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
