Counsel for the respondent has handed over the order dated 27th February, 2024 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I, approving the Resolution Plan in respect of the respondent Company.

It is stated that the claim of the petitioner, which is the subject matter of the present petition is a part of the approved Resolution Plan. 3.

A copy of the Resolution Plan has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Ghanashyam Mishra and Sons P. Ltd. v. Edelweiss Asset Corporation of India Ltd., (2023) 10 SCC 545 and Electrosteel Steel Ltd. (now ESL Steel Ltd) v. Ispat Carrier P.
