CM 13030/2020 This application is filed for recall of order dated 15.11.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 15.11.2019 petitioner had withdrawn the writ petition on the assurance of the learned counsel for the respondent that the appeal will be decided within four weeks from filing thereof.. He, however, submits that despite lapse of so much time the concerned District Magistrate has not even heard the matter once. W.P.(C) 11984/2019

Mr.Anupam Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that initially the delay took place on account of the State Assembly Elections that were held in Delhi. After March no hearings are taking place in the Office of the District Magistrate on account of the present Pandemic. He further states that attempts are being made to start hearing through Video Conferencing.

List this application on 24.08.2020.

In case the hearing commences before the District Magistrate through Video Conferencing, the concerned District Magistrate is requested to take up this matter expeditiously.
