The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner-Nasiba Ismatullaeva under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia assailing the detention receipt Nos. 001240 and 40617, dated 10th February, 2023 and 15th February, 2023 respectively, vide which, the goods of the Petitioner, being, two gold chains and one gold bracelet, collectively weighing around 218 grams were seized by the Customs Department. 3.
This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the present petition.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent points out that there were certain defects in the affidavit and there were certain facts which were not revealed. 5.
Be that as it may, since the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, no order is being passed in that regard. 6.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
