This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution claiming that she has been vending at the vicinity of India Gate, New Delhi, for the last several years.
3.
A perusal of the affidavit filed on record would show that the name of the Petitioner is described as Anchu Devi with an address at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The alleged challans which are relied upon by the Petitioner are in the name of one Anju. There are only two challans which are placed on record. No photographs of the vend have been placed on record. 4.
Under such circumstances, the Court is not convinced that the Petitioner is a genuine vendor.
