We have been informed by Mr. Ashok Kashyap and Ms. Arunima Dwivedi that though the petitioners have been found fit in the Review Medical Board, but they have not qualified the final selection in the OBC category.

Mr. Kashyap and Ms. Dwivedi state that Mr. Anuj Singh has secured 68 marks and Mr. Jitendra Prasad Swami has secured 66 marks, whereas the cut off marks were 69.

In view of the above, Mr.Ankur Chhibber and Ms. Lamba state that nothing survives in these petitions. They also state that the petitioners reserve their right to challenge their non-selection as per the remedy available in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petitions alongwith pending applications are disposed of.
