Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For redressal of the grievances, the petitioner has already made a complaint on 18.05.2024 before the Special Task Force which has been enclosed as Annexure P-14 to the writ petition. 3.

A perusal of the said complaint reveals that the allegations in the complaint is in respect of the unauthorized encroachment and constructions The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. over land belonging to DUSIB.

Be that as it may, since the compliant has already been made with the allegation that encroachment and construction has been raised on the land belonging to DUSIB, the said complaint shall be duly attended to by the authorities of the DUSIB and after determining as to whether DUSIB is the land owner, the requisite action which may be warranted under law for removal of unauthorized encroachment and construction shall also be taken by the DUSIB.

The consideration of the complaint and decision thereon shall be taken by DUSIB with expedition. While taking decision in terms of this order, the complaint made by the petitioner which has been enclosed as Annexure P-12 shall also be taken into consideration by DUSIB. 6.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
