% 15.02.2016 Demolition order dated 30th December, 2015 has already been passed, inasmuch as, copy served.

Remedy of appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD against the demolition order is available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. In case appeal is filed within one week, same be entertained by the Appellate Tribunal without going on into the question of limitation. Writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is dismissed as infructuous.
