The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of direction to the respondents to carry out the renovation/repair in the flat bearing no. 61-D (Third Floor/Top Floor), Block 16, Sarai Kale Khan-II, New Delhi -110013 and also to quash the water bill bearing no. 902384168802 dated 09.08.2019 issued by the respondent no. 2. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondent no. 2 has rectified the bill and the relief as claimed for in the present petition has been satisfied qua the respondent no. 2 3.

disputed question of facts, which cannot be decided in the present petition in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution. It is stated that subsequent to the order dated 16.12.2019, the petitioner has already initiated appropriate legal proceedings and the same is pending adjudication before the State Consumer Forum.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that as the relief claimed in the present petition has been satisfied as detailed hereinabove. In these circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
