Since the statement is coming on instructions, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitions by accepting the same. 3.
Let the decision be communicated to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today.

Needless to clarify that within one week from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to submit all such relevant documents, which according to them, justify their claims for having vending certificate. 5.
The petitions stand disposed of.
