Present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for issuing a writ of habeas corpus, directing the respondents to trace Mr. Harish Raj Sharma, who she has described as her husband. 2.
Pursuant to the order dated 08.03.2017, Mr. Naveen Kumar Jha, Advocate had appeared for Harish Raj Sharma on 30.03.2017 and stated that his client is voluntarily staying away from the petitioner for several reasons. He had also clarified that his client has not been held captive and he has not been kidnapped.

Today, Mr. Jha appears with Mr. Harish Raj Sharma and states that his client had never got married to the petitioner. Mr. Harish Raj Sharma is stated to be residing at 181, Emli Chowk, Debas Bataria, Madhya Pradesh of his own free will and volition ever since November, 2016. He is in private employment with a firm by the name of M/s. Prestige Fabricators Pvt. Ltd., at Debas, Madhya Pradesh.

Before disposing of the present petition, it has been enquired from the petitioner and Harish Raj Sharma if they are ready and willing to submit themselves to mediation through court annexed process of mediation. While the petitioner expresses her willingness, Mr. Harish Raj Sharma strongly resists the said suggestion.

In view of the fact that Mr. Harish Raj Sharma has been produced in court as directed, no further order is required to be passed on this petition, which is disposed of.
