The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent for refund to the petitioner an amount of Rs. 53,15,115/-. It is submitted that the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs. 30,33,300/- towards Security amount, a sum of Rs. 20,22,200/- towards advance Monthly License Fee ("MLF"), and Rs. 2,59,615/-, to which the petitioner is entitled, owing to non-availability of the parking site at Adarsh Nagar from 08th November, 2023 till 20th November, 2023, due to Chhath Pooja. 2.

He submits that the aforesaid amounts have unduly been withheld by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

representation and the same shall be considered expeditiously, and disposed of within a period of four weeks, from today. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no objection if the present writ petition is treated as a representation. 5.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the present writ petition shall be considered as a representation by the respondent-MCD.

The petitioner shall be called for hearing at the time of considering the representation of the petitioner.

It is directed that if upon consideration of the representation of the petitioner, the respondent-MCD comes to a conclusion that dues are payable to the petitioner, the same shall be released in favour of the petitioner expeditiously.

It is further directed that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of at the earliest, preferably, within a period of four weeks, from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
