CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA
O R D E R
% 18.10.2016 1.
On the last date of hearing the petitioner was directed to furnish the address of his sister as his sister was no more residing at the address furnished by him.
2.
Learned Amicus Curiae states that though he contacted the petitioner through video conferencing, however, the petitioner had no other address of his sister.
3.
A perusal of the status report would reveal that the permanent address of the petitioner i.e. Village Birpur, Tehsil Kayam Ganj, Post & PS Nawab Ganj, District Farrukhabad (UP), has been verified where his father and brother were found residing.
4.
Considering the fact that by the present petition parole is sought for filing the SLP and the permanent residential address of the petitioner has been verified, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.
5.
The petition is disposed of.
6.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
