This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 22.03.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal'), in O.A. No. 803/2023, titled Sheela v. The Commissioner, Muncipal Corporation of Delhi & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal dismissed the O.A. filed by the respondent herein, observing that the respondents are following a fair policy for the regularization of appointments made on compassionate grounds. 2.

the said policy was never shared with the petitioner. 3.

While we do not deem it appropriate to interfere in the present petition in view of the finding of the learned Tribunal, we direct the respondents to supply a copy of the policy they follow for the purpose of regularization of employees appointed on compassionate grounds to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
