The present application bears the signatures of all the parties and is supported by their affidavits.

It is submitted in the application that the parties have arrived at a settlement voluntarily without any coercion vide MoU/Family Settlement dated 20.02.2024.

All the parties are present in the Court who have endorsed the terms of the MoU/Family Settlement dated 20.02.2024 and they undertake to remain bound by the terms of the ibid.
