The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking directions to the Respondents to trace, locate and produce the Petitioner's missing daughters.

Since the missing daughters of the Petitioner have returned to Delhi, nothing survives in this petition.
