The present Petition under Section 373(3) Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner-State against the Judgment and Order on Sentence dated 03.08.2019 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge , whereby though the Respondent has been convicted for the offence under Sections 323/506 Part- I IPC but acquitted him for the offences under Sections 328/384/354D/354 IPC on the ground that there is no cogent evidence on record by way of testimony of the Complainant and even the documents do not prove the said offence.

For the reasons stated, the Petition is allowed. Appeal be registered. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
