The present petition under Section 497 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

(i) set aside the judgment dated 01.06.2023 passed by the court of Shri Sanjay Sharma, Additional Sessions Judge-03 (Distt. Central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No.174/2020, titled as Ms. Preeti Verma & Ors. Vs. Pankaj Verma & Ors. (ii) set aside the judgment dated 06.08.2020 passed by Hon'ble M.M. (Mahila Court -04), Central District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide C.C. No.229/6/2011 titled as Smt. Preeti Verma & Ors. Vs. Pankaj verma & Ors. by dismissing the petition under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic 51 Violence Act, 2005 registered vide Complaint Case No.229/6/2011 titled as Smt. Preeti Verma & Ors. Vs. Pankaj verma & Ors. (iii) pass any other order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present appeal.
