The present petition is filed seeking parole in FIR No. 484/2003 for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar. 2.

The petitioner had filed an application on 25.06.2025 seeking parole which is stated to be still pending. 3.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner on an earlier occasion was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 10.07.2025, awaiting the decision in the application pending consideration before the respondent authorities.

The decision is yet to be taken on the said application. 5.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the decision will be taken in accordance with law and as per the timelines prescribed.

This Court finds no reason for entertaining the present writ petition especially when one writ petition was dismissed only six days back.

The ground on which the parole is sought, that is, to perform certain rituals, was taken on an earlier occasion also. The present petition is nothing but an abuse of the process of Court.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
