% 16.02.2018 The petitioner is seeking anticipatory protection. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim who had died by hanging in her matrimonial home. Her husband Shyam Kumar is stated to be in judicial custody. FIR has been registered on the complaint of the father of the victim. The contents of the FIR have been perused. The allegations of taunt coupled with dowry demands by the petitioner are prima-facie evident in the FIR which was registered on the complaint of the father of the victim. Offence is serious.
