The present Petition, filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks the setting aside of the Interim Award dated 19.04.2025 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty that his rights to agitate any of the issues raised herein and as are permissible under law, be kept open.
