By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and for cancellation of the LOC bearing No. 2241953 dated 21.04.2022 opened against the petitioner.

In view of the order passed in Crl. M.C. 6666/2022, wherein this Court has quashed the FIR bearing No. 269/2022, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi for the commission of offence punishable The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. under Section 307/34 of IPC and Section 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act alongwith all other consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise entered into between the accused persons and the complainant, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. Therefore, since all consequential proceedings emanating from the FIR have quashed, the impugned order as well as the LOC opened against the petitioner also cannot survive; and the same are also quashed. 3.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
