This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) pass an Order granting Interim Injunction in favor of the Petitioner and against the Respondent No. 1 thereby ordering the Respondent No.

This Court vide order dated 17.07.2025 recorded that Ms. Salwan, learned counsel for the petitioner, for the time being, only presses the prayer 'b' and the Court restrained respondent No. 1 from encashing the Bank Guarantee No. 406301GL0000923 dated 04.02.2023, for the reasons recorded in the said order.

Since an Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted vide order dated 23.12.2025 in ARB.P. 1854/2025, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act and shall decided by the Arbitral Tribunal expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
Needless to states that the Arbitral Tribunal shall be uninfluenced with the observations contained made in the orders of this Court. 5.
The interim order dated 17.07.2025 shall continue till the interim applications are decide by the Arbitral Tribunal. 6.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 25096/2025 7.
