This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 (ii) (b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim reliefs. 2.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in law, including filing of appropriate petition for appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of arbitration clause contained in the Operations Agreement dated 21.10.2024.
