(2) IPC registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy. On advance notice, Mr. R.S. Kundu, learned Additional Standing Counsel has appeared for the State and submits that the application moved by the petitioner for grant of parole is pending before the Administration. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the application is pending since 02.01.2016.

It is impressed upon the competent Authority to dispose of the application preferably within a period of 10 days.

Petition stands disposed of.
