First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 0059/2025 under Section 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Krishna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file afresh subsequently, in accordance with law.
