By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions against respondent no. 1 to conduct fair and impartial investigation and further to ensure safety, security and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members to avoid any physical harm and false implication by respondent nos. 2 and 3 and their associates. 4.

Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of State. 5.

It is stated that the petitioner had purchased property bearing Plot No.12, Khasra No.18/14, G.G.S Nagar, Nilothi Extension, New Delhi, through a valid transaction after reading a public notice dated 11.02.2025. Necessary ownership documents were executed on 04.03.2025, and a public notice of purchase was also published on 10.04.2025. However, on 19.04.2025, during construction activity, the petitioner's associates were threatened, abused, and assaulted by respondent nos. 2 and 3 and their associates. They had also made illegal demands for money and had threatened false implication under women-related laws. It is further stated that despite a written complaint to the concerned SHO, no FIR has been registered.

The learned ASC for the State submits that a complaint has been received. However, the FIR is yet to be registered in this case. It is stated that the enquiry/investigation in this case will be carried out as per law, expeditiously under intimation to the petitioner. The statement of the learned ASC for the State is taken on record.

After hearing arguments addressed on behalf of the petitioner and perusing the material on record, this Court also directs the petitioner to provide his mobile number to the concerned Beat Constable and concerned SHO. Similarly, the mobile numbers of concerned SHO and Beat Constable be also shared with the petitioner herein.

The officials of Police Station Nihal Vihar, Delhi including SHO are directed to respond and promptly provide adequate protection to the petitioner, in case such circumstances arise. 9.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 10.
