The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "A. Allow the present application and initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondents/Alleged Contemnors for violation and wilful non-compliance of the Judgment and Order dated 18.09.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in OMP (I) (Comm.) No. 296 of 2023, and/or B. Direct the Respondents/Alleged Contemnors to purge their contempt by restoring the position of shares/shareholding in JHL as on 18.09.2023 and by passing such consequential direction and/or directions to effectuate the above.

C. Pass any such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of Justice."
