Mr. Shlok Chandra, learned Senior Standing Counsel, on instructions informed that a sum of Rs. 8,98,18,218/- for AY 2019-20 has been credited in petitioner's account being the due refund. 2.

He further submitted that a sum of Rs. 50,96,532/- for AY 2018-19 is not payable pursuant to the order dated 17.03.2026 passed by the Assessing Officer.

Since petitioner's grievance has been substantially redressed. The writ proceedings are closed.

Needless to observe, if any of petitioner's grievance still persists, it shall be free to take legal recourse in accordance with law. DINESH MEHTA, J.
