This is an application filed by the respondent/applicant for the release of the amount which has been deposited by the appellants in the appeal. 2.

We find that the appeal was disposed of vide order dated 17.07.2025. It is also seen from the record that the appellant had filed an SLP which has been dismissed.

If that be so, we deem it appropriate to issue notice to the appellant/non-applicant through all permissible modes, returnable on 16.07.2026.
