Mr. Joginder Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance in the present petition was refusal of admission by respondent no.1 school, however, after filing of the present petition, the respondent no.1/school has granted admission to the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.
