The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking parole for a period of three months. 2.
Nominal Roll dated 25.01.2018 reveals that the petitioner was convicted under Sections 392/397/411/34 IPC and was sentenced to undergo RI for seven years with total fine `8,000/-. Crl.A.1404/2014 was dismissed by this Court on 12.07.2016. Nominal Roll further reveals that the petitioner has already undergone five years, two months and twenty-eight days incarceration besides remission for seven months and tem days as on 25.01.2018. It further reveals that he is not involved in any other criminal case and is not a previous convict. Earlier he was granted interim bail/ parole and there are no allegations of its misuse.

In the interest of justice and for the reasons mentioned in the writ petition, the petitioner is granted two weeks parole from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. After completion of parole period, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.
