% 17.12.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award. Mr. V.K. Tandon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for the same.

Accordingly, the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from October 5, 2019.

Petition stands disposed of.
