% 24.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a SLP. Since the address of the petitioner was not verified, petitioner was produced in Court on the last date of hearing wherein he stated that the address mentioned in the petition was the correct address where his sister was residing. He also gave the mobile number of his sister. A Status Report has been filed as per which Smt. Rafat, sister of the petitioner was found residing at House No.B-688, Gali No.11.5 Band Gali, B Block, Shri Ram Colony, Kachchi Khajuri Khas, Delhi, who stated that she does not want to continue any relation with the petitioner and she will not allow the petitioner to reside with her.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner has been convicted for the murder of his brother, which was witnessed by his sister Smt. Rafat.
Considering the verification report and that the petitioner has no roots in the society, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
