% 01.03.2016 Crl.M.A. 2858/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.Rev.P. 156/2016 & Crl.M.A. 2857/2016 (Stay) The present petition has been filed against the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge setting aside the order dated 24.08.2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on the ground that the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate granting interim maintenance is nonspeaking and directed the learned Metropolitan Magistrate to pass order afresh.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petition is satisfied if the order is passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate without any further delay.

In the facts and circumstances, the trial court is directed to decide the application for the grant of interim maintenance within a period of three weeks from the next date of hearing i.e. 21.03.2016. The present petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 2857/2016 are disposed of accordingly.
