This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dated 19.11.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'Tribunal') in OA No. 1659/2024 titled Pawan Kumar v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors., allowing the OA filed by the respondent herein with the following directions:

"8. In the light of the above, we are of the considered opinion that this OA has merit and deserves to be allowed. We accordingly quash and set aside the impugned order No.DE.3 (32)DRC(E-III)/TGT(Maths)/Male/2022/338Signed By:PRIYADARSHANI JAIN 16:52:27 W.P.(C) 10080/2025 Page 1 of 2

339 dated 06.03.2024 as well as the Deficiency Memo dated 25.10.2022 and direct the respondents to verify the admissibility of the Income & Asset Certificate dated 17.02.2021 issued by Naib Tehsildar, Salhawas within a period of 30 days and thereafter if the Certificate is found admissible as per rules and regulations on the subject, consider issuing offer of appointment to the applicant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The applicant would be entitled to all consequential benefits like seniority and promotion on notional basis. However, there will be no payment of arrears of pay and allowances."

In view of the above, we find no merit in the present petition. The same, along with the pending application, is accordingly dismissed.
