% 11.12.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that pursuant to the agreement between the petitioners and the accused, the accused has deposited an amount of Rs. 2 crores in the form of FDR before the Trial Court and submits that in view of the settlement, nothing remains in this matter. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with direction to the Trial Court to release the FDR of Rs. 2 crores with interest accrued thereof, if any, in favour of the accused, on the condition that the said amount shall be transferred in favour of the petitioners. It is ordered, accordingly.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in view of above

directions.
