Ms. Sunita Arora, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, has argued the matter and since the Petitioner, who is present in person, is also an Advocate, this Court gave a suggestion to the Petitioner that all the contentions available to him under law can be raised by him at an appropriate stage of framing of charges including all those contentions raised by him in this petition, the Petitioner accepts the suggestion given by the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the aforesaid liberty.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 3.

Since no meaningful arguments have been advanced by the Petitioner, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.

The Trial Court is requested to consider the case on its own merits uninfluenced by the fact that the present petition has been withdrawn. Needless to mention that in case charges are framed against the Petitioner, the Petitioner is at liberty to take such remedies as available to him under law.
