The present application under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the petitioner/ applicant seeks the following prayers: "

In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to allow the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition, in the interest of justice; and Pass any other relief/s, which this Hon'ble may deems fit and proper in the above mention facts and circumstances in favour of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice." 3.

The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 2, 10, 11, 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers.

"(i) initiate appropriate action in accordance with law/initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Accused for violation and non compliance of the order dated 21.12.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Single Bench of this Hon'ble Delhi High Court comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Najmi Waziri in ̈ W.P.(Crl.) No. 3934/is titled as "Santosh Jain Vs. State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Ors." in the interest of Justice. (ii) Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also be passed against the Respondent/Accused and in favour of the petitioner in the interest of Justice."

In view of CM APPL. 33439/2026 preferred by the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. 6.
