The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1 - Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take appropriate action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in the front of the petitioner's property at J-63, (Opp. Metro Pillar No.113), Khema Katra, Kishanganj, Delhi-110007. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 - MCD has handed over a copy of the Status Report, which is taken on record. 3.
As per the said Status Report, a Demolition Order dated 23rd September, 2025, has already been issued.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question. 5.
Let time bound action be taken by the MCD.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), as constituted by the Supreme Court, in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., and other connected matters in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors. in W.P.(C) 4649/2017. 7.
Likewise, in case the owner/occupier of the property in question is aggrieved by any action taken by the MCD, the right of the owner/occupier to seek their remedies, in accordance with law, is reserved. 8.
It is further directed that a Status Report, as regards any action taken by the MCD, shall be duly uploaded on the website of the STF. 9.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
