O R D E R

% 13.02.2018 Mr. Atul Shankar Mathur, the learned counsel for respondent no.1 appears on service of advance notice, and states that the appeals are not maintainable.

In view of the circumstance that the appellant's application for interim relief is listed before the learned ADJ on 16.02.2018, the learned counsel for respondent no.1 states upon instructions, that till 16.02.2018 they would not take any precipitate measures pursuant to their letter of invocation dated 05.02.2018 to the bank i.e. respondent no.2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that for this interim accommodation he would not press the appeals and would like to withdraw them, without prejudice.

Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
