% 15.01.2024 In compliance of order dated 09.08.2023, the contesting respondent No.1/Delhi Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation has filed Additional Affidavit dated 07.11.2023; setting-out the terms of the settlement arrived at with the petitioner in paras 4 and 6 thereof. Mr. Varun Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed-of taking on record the terms of the settlement as referred to above and holding the parties bound thereby. Accordingly, the terms of settlement as contained in additional affidavit dated 07.08.2023 filed by the petitioner and additional affidavit dated 07.11.2023 filed by respondent No.1 are taken on record.
