The matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared a holiday on account of 350th anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day'.

None is appearing for the petitioner.

Vide Order dated 07.11.2023, the petitioner was directed bring on record the LRs of the deceased respondent. Last opportunity for filing such application was granted to the petitioner on 10.04.2025. On 14.08.2024, a statement was made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the requisite application; however, the same is not on record. On the basis of the said statement, the hearing of the petition was adjourned, directing the petitioner to ensure that the said application is placed on record. 4.

Though more than a year has passed, the petitioner has still not got the said application listed before this Court.
