23643/2024 (for modification of order dated 07.12.2023) & CRL.M.A. 20923/2025 (for extension of time for compliance of order dated 22.08.2024 on behalf of petitioner) 1.

In view of detailed orders dated 07.12.2023, 22.08.2024, 25.02.2025, 28.02.2025 and 30.05.2025, the revisionist was directed to remain personally present in Court along with his passport since till date, the sentence remains live and according to the respondents, the revisionist has fled the country. Despite last order, neither the revisionist nor his arguing counsel is present. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revisionist submits that she is not aware of the whereabouts of the revisionist and cannot explain as to why the revisionist has not appeared today. the arguing counsel, a pass over is requested by the counsel appearing for the revisionist on the ground that the arguing counsel is held up in some other court. To say the least, seeking pass overs in this manner at 03:35pm is nothing but ensuring that the matter gets adjourned again. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revisionist submits that she is not a signatory to the vakalatnama. 3.

Apparently, the revisionist is either not aware about the orders passed in the present case or is not interested to proceed further with this petition or has deliberately fled the country despite the above mentioned orders. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, this revision petition and pending applications are dismissed. Learned trial court is requested to expedite steps to get the revisionist arrested in order to face the sentence. For that purpose, copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court.
