O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 An award of Rs. 30,09,656/- along with interest @ 10 percent per annum dated 09.09.2015 was granted by the learned Tribunal vide its judgment dated 16.11.2016. The said amount has been deposited with the Tribunal. During the course of negotiations it is agreed by both the parties that out of the amount so deposited the learned Tribunal shall release a lump sum amount of Rs.12 lakhs in favour of the Insurance Company and rest of the amount along with the accrued interest, if any, in favour of the claimants, in the manner and in the proportion as directed by the learned Tribunal. Since the widow Pooja has six daughters (all minors) so the amount of compensation to her

as well as to Omvati (mother of deceased ) and to Shyam Beer (father of deceased) shall be released to them forthwith. The share of minors be kept in the FDRs till they attain majority. Statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/-, if any, be released to the Insurance Company.

Appeal stands disposed of.
