Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits on instructions from the respondent that the respondent has no objection to appointment of a Sole Arbitrator by this Court and termination of mandate of the present Arbitrator.

The present proceedings are being conducted by Sole Arbitrator, Mr. Sandeep Malik.

With the consent of the parties, mandate of Sh. Malik is hereby terminated. Both parties have jointly suggested the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Gupta to be appointed as a Sole Arbitrator. Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Gupta former Judge of this court is hereby appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
