% 25.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus to the respondent to carry out investigation in FIR No. 7/2017 in a time bound, expeditious and fair manner and to seek protection for himself and family members.

Learned proxy counsel for learned ASC for the State submits that after investigation charge sheet has since been filed. Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take all the pleas before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
