This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking extension of parole for a further period of one month from 20.11.2019. The petitioner was awarded life imprisonment in connection with FIR No.5/2010, registered with PS South Rohini. The petitioner's appeal before this Court is also dismissed. 3.

The petitioner had sought parole for filing a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court. The petitioner's application for the same was rejected.

This led the petitioner to file a writ petition - W.P.(Crl.) 2873/2019 captioned 'Biplav Biswas v. State of NCT of Delhi'. The said petition was allowed by an order dated 16.10.2019 and the respondents were

directed to release the petitioner on a parole for the period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to certain conditions. 4.

The petitioner has now filed the present petition seeking further extension on the same grounds. It is contended that the petitioner requires further time for filing the SLP.

The petition is unmerited. Sufficient time has already been granted to the petitioner for seeking legal remedies. A period of four weeks is more than sufficient for the petitioner to make arrangements for filing of the SLP. 6.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
