It is noted that the petitioners are not regularly represented in the present proceedings inasmuch as on the first date of hearing itself, the petitioners remained unrepresented. Learned counsel appeared on the next date of hearing and sought an adjournment. On the next date of hearing, i.e., 27.02.2024, the petitioners again remained unrepresented and in the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred. On the last date of hearing, time was sought on behalf of the petitioners to file certain documents, however, no such documents have been placed on record. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Keeping in view the conduct of the petitioners, the present petition alongwith pending application is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
